Through my education, I didn’t just develop skills, I didn’t just develop the ability to learn, but I developed confidence.
It is, perhaps, in the recognition of our lacunae in the learning process that the future prospects of a healthy growth lie. Training is an integral part of the holistic development of any individual as well as of an institution. It’s now high time for us to focus on our dire necessity to build up a skilled team who can shoulder the immense task of accelerating the quality mark of any production house. Since we live in an era of globalized economy we need to be extra careful regarding the specialization of our working resources. We should no longer patronize the issues of a centralized economic production rather the nucleus has to be diffused amongst various specialized groups. It is here that the importance of training and development becomes inseparably pertinent to the basic work strategy of a company. The first and foremost responsibility of this group should be to identify and locate the areas of demand of the company product in the global market. Then they should groom up their bodies of workers according to their need. This training should be a mandatory procedure and mere lip services would be of no functional use. Moreover, the training process should have to be a consistently inclusive one so that any requirement can be met up at the very nascent stage. There should be an administrative body to go for a continuous evaluation of the training team and to formulate new strategies to train up the workers with potential efficiency. This training would, therefore, be a defense mechanism for the company ‘s well being thus enabling them to cope with a better and more protective skill development in future possibilities.
